Regional Land Surveyors, Inc. (RLS) has provided land surveying services as a legal corporation since March 1996. With more than 63 years of combined Professional experience, the RLS team consists of three Professional Land Surveyors, supported by Survey Technicians and numerous field survey personnel. We are licensed to provide services in North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, California, Colorado and Wyoming.

Regional Land Surveyors, Inc., through its employees, has considerable experience in large or small scale projects. We are committed to an excellent computer hardware and software environment which allows large or small database management. The two owners of RLS are former employees of large engineering firms and have accordingly developed excellent communications skills with public or private sector clients, engineers or architects. The capabilities of RLS are varied, with business park and building site development, roadways and utility corridor surveys making up the strong points of the personnel.
